As Head of Business Development Rob Parr is responsible for promoting ParFX to the institutional FX trading community, increasing participation and forging strong relationships with individuals and trading institutions across both the sell-side and buy-side.
As part of his role, Rob is at the forefront of delivering a fair and transparent FX marketplace. Based in London, he works closely with both existing and new members to identify and prioritise enhancements required by members and to ensure a healthy trading ecology is maintained for all participants trading on ParFX.
Rob has more than two decades’ experience in the global foreign exchange market. Prior to joining ParFX in April 2013, he was Head of EMEA Sales for Tradebook FX at Bloomberg. Before that he worked at ICAP-owned EBS as Senior Sales Manager for EMEA and North America for more than 10 years.
Rob was previously an FX spot broker at various brokerage firms, including Prebon Marshall Yamane, Garban Intercapital and RP Martin.
